PlanPacer is payment-plan software that collects deposits, instalments and final balances through Stripe, on a schedule you set. You take a deposit today and PlanPacer collects the remaining balance or instalments automatically on the dates you choose. No spreadsheets, no manual invoices and no chasing.

A worked example: a £1,200 retreat as a £360 deposit today, then two payments of £420, with the final payment due 30 days before arrival.

Pricing

Concierge launch from €199. PlanPacer configures your account, branding, first live plan and email templates. After that it is 1% per successful payment-plan transaction, plus standard Stripe payment-processing fees. There is no monthly subscription. See the pricing section for details.

How PlanPacer works with Stripe

PlanPacer is built on Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account and money flows through that account. PlanPacer is an independent product and is not an official Stripe product, partner or endorsement.

PlanPacer is not a lender and does not offer buy-now-pay-later. It does not pay you upfront and no third party takes on repayment risk. You are scheduling collection of your own payments for a fixed, finite amount, which is why PlanPacer is not a subscription tool either.

Security and privacy

Card payments are processed by Stripe. PlanPacer publishes a security policy and accepts responsible disclosure at security@planpacer.com. See our privacy policy and terms.

Company

PlanPacer is an independent, founder-led product. It was built after seeing retreat, course and venue hosts manage deposits and final balances in spreadsheets and chase payments by hand before each event.
